Sign into your child maintenance account

To sign into your child maintenance account, you will need your:

  • 12-digit customer reference number beginning with 121 - you’ll find this on emails, SMS texts or notifications from the Child Maintenance Service
  • National Insurance number - it’s on your National Insurance card, benefit letter, payslip or P60. For example, ‘QQ 12 34 56 C’
  • 7-digit PIN number that you chose when setting up your case – reset your PIN if you have forgotten it
